On 16th January 2024, the Oman Banks Association in collaboration with Gartner organized a one-day event attended by OBA Chairman Mr. Abdul Hakeem Al Ojaili, OBA's Banking Technology Committee, Operations Committee, and senior bankers. The event started with the Chairman of OBA's Technology committee Mr. Mujahid Said Al-Zadjali giving an opening remark, and followed by presentations by Samer Naoum and Marc Chamoun from Gartner covering the Business impact on Technology, Banks Vision and Trends Toward 2027, and Data-Driven Banks in Oman.
